The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room had been recently renovated and was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean a few little minor things wrong. That being said the staff was excellent. We were there for a family emergency. They were understanding and compassionate, even letting us check in early. Hopefully, we never have to go back for the reason we were there, but if we do will definitely be staying here

One of my burners didn't work and had roaches in the room I had to kill like 5 roaches.

Room was not clean, towls were filthy like someone used them and they just folded them back up, new paint was put on in random places in the room and hallways, sink faucet leaked randomly and the shower handle poured out water. Pillows was basically a sheet of paper. No where online did it mention they charge for parking per day. And it did not mention they charge a extra $100 deposit and hold it for 12 days after you check out. Staff was hardly seen. You can hear the radio playing in a back room while your waiting on a staff member at check out. Witnessed one of the staff members step out a side door thinking they was just grabbing a smoke break..nope out there selling weed to someone in the parking lot! Nope never again for this property. Definitely would not bring my kids here

I highly don’t recommend staying here when we got there it was infested with cockroaches everywhere we weren’t even there 20 minutes and when we asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to us and it’s been pass 5 days and we still haven’t gotten our deposit worse experience ever

Yes we did too my surprise because I had brought somethings from home. We stayed there last year 2024 for our anniversary New Year Eve too see the fireworks we enjoyed ourselves and came back again 2025 the view #329 was perfect. God willing we're see you New Year Eve 2025 same room we're 83 & 70 Yrs . 31th Anniversary. Thank Your Staff!!!!!!
