Ocean Front - Pool Access - Tennis Courts This villa is located on the south end of Amelia Island on the fifth floor of building C of the gated community “Surf & Racquet Club”. It features swimming pool access, clay tennis courts, an elevator and is just steps away from a dream beach. This condo features a spectacular view from the living area and the two seaside balconies. A fully equipped open kitchen welcomes you to this spacious villa. To your left is the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite master bathroom. Enjoy wonderful sunrises directly from your bed or step out to the balcony to enjoy your morning beverage. The guest bedroom, with its own direct access to the other balcony features two full-sized beds. A short drive away you can dine at several gourmet restaurants. If you feel more adventurous drive to the north end of the island and visit Historic Fernandina Beach. Amelia Island has a lot to offer from hiking, swimming, biking, fishing or simply exploring its historical area. This condo is perfect for a quiet get-away for couples or just to recharge your “batteries”.

The location was great!The condo needs new furniture or the owner should at least clean the living room furniture and the carpet in guest room.We made due by covering the living room furniture with sheets from the guest bedroom.

Amelia's Best kept Secret!

We had such a nice time. The location was very convenient to everything. The VIEW of the sunrises were spectacular!! .Grab your cup of coffee and enjoy the view. It doesn't get any better than that. When you go to the Condo you feel like you are off the beaten path ...not in the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the Wild life brown bunnies , Tortoises and Peacocks. Everything was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook with. The condo is just off of the elevator which worked very well for my husband who has recently had a knee replacement. Our daughter and grandson's enjoyed the Beach and Pool . It kept them entertained all day and they slept like a rock. Such wholesome fun! The atmosphere is very family friendly. The staff were available to help in anyway they could. We will be back!

Always a great time at the Surf and Racquet Club!

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on a perfect stretch of beach on the south end of Amelia Island. A perfect place for a relaxing stay with the family or a partner. There are two sparkling pools, clay tennis courts, and access to a stunning section of the beach during the day and the night! It is also close to a great grocery store and all of the other Amelia/Fernandina attractions. The unit itself is well appointed and the management is very responsive should you need anything. Highly recommended!!!

Tons of potential but terribly outdated

While we enjoyed or vacation to Amelia Island, this unit is in desperate need of a remodel. Some of the highlights: tons of dust around the vents, kitchen very dated, microwave literally throws spark when you use, coffee maker coming apart (was in pieces on the counter at arrival), old carpet, ice maker leaking and freezing in block, two queen beds well past their useful life (huge dips in the mattress), condo AC won't go below 70 degrees ( miserably hot, there were box fans in the closets, but didn't help). You can tell the owner never comes to this property, as the guest book is full of the same complaints. Beach and pool were fine, but I'll definitely look deeper into the pictures should I return to this condo community.

Excellent view and access to the beach and the rest of the island.

The only fault would be the lack of a kuerig coffee maker and the soap provided did not produce a lather. It would also be nice to explain what can be recycled and where recycle goes. All around great place. Thank you, Leveille’s

A beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. The only reason my sister & I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was because the beds looked like they were thrown together. We didn’t check in until after 4:00. But maybe the cleaning person needed more time to really clean.

Amelia beach condo

Views were great as well as the beach. However given the rental price of the property unit needs updating . The carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be replaced with tile or laminate - smelly. Mattresses certainly could be better.

They only problem I had was a bad g one for me!!! The thermostat is rigged to go no cooler than 72. Some people- including myself- like it a bit cooler than that!!! The temperature of 72 is HOT for me and I will never rent this condo again! I have rented in this same community before and love it. I will just rent from someone else so I can be comfortable.
