一般的に、サービスに関する問題は解決できませんでした。 ただし、いくつか不足している点があります。 - 夕方1時半頃シンクが詰まり、設備が修理されるまで起きていなければなりませんでした。 ・排気がないので浴室の床が濡れます。 - バスルームにはアメニティを置く場所がありません。 ・トイレ内にジェットシャワーやハンドシャワースプレーは無く、小さなスプレーが付いているだけです。 ・タオルの縫い目の一部がほつれています。 ・浴室の排気管から異臭がする。 しかし、これらの欠点があるにもかかわらず、顧客からの苦情には迅速に対応していることは認めます。 ただし、解決する必要のある技術的な問題が数多くあります。 プールを付ければ快適性も確実に上がります。 料理の種類も豊富で、お手頃な価格のホテルです。 食べ物の価格は安く、ビュッフェで70K、子供用で40Kです。

Kelapa Gading Hotel

Central to everything that you need if you want to stay at Kelapa Gading. Will stay there again in future. Although house keeping took all my breakfast vouchers and binned them by mistake. Breakfast was poor. Poorly presented and not enough food available. Otherwise for the package price I cannot complain.

ロビー部にレストラン・カフェ・コンビニが併設されているので打ち合わせ等をするのにちょうど良かったです。 WIFIは特に問題なく、フロント横にある１台のPCも無料で使用可能。 エレバーターはルームカードをセンサー部にかざさないと上昇できないのでセキュリティーには問題ないですが、エレベーター脇の階段は自由でした。口コミにシャワーの湯温が低いとありましたがフロントスタッフに湯温を上げてもらって快適に過ごすことができました。部屋に冷蔵庫があればさらに良し！ 朝食はお粥・トースト・インドネシア料理・果物と充実しておりゆっくり食事をすることができ満足できました。夕食もホテル近くに活気があり新鮮で美味しいフィッシュマーケットがありました。 ホテルスタッフも親切で長期滞在でしたがストレスなく快適でした。
