the bed is quite hard, woke up with back pain every morning, the hotel lift always have weird toilet smell, and leaking from the lightbulb area. the shower are is quite uncomfortable as the shower head kept sliding down from the handle, very unpractical to use.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing everyday. A lot of choices and fresh options available. Stafff were really attentive and friendly. Always cleaning. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Has an attached mall for some shopping and restaurant options. Getting ride shares was no problem. It was an excellent stay here.

Great breakfast, location right for us

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with a great breakfast. Wonderful staff. No time to eat any other meals there but the restaurant area seems very hip and modern. We needed this location for proximity to friend's. Jakarta traffic a beast. The airport not too far away, but be prepared for possible slow downs. The hotel is part of a large mall, handy for us as we needed some minor things.
