Very nice and competent staff, well appointed and spacious corner room. Quiet and functional as well as well equipped for work, rest and in room dining & relaxing. Breakfast service was good, too - and the whole property just conveys class without being overbearing or giving off a "fake luxury feel". The staff are genuinely happy to see the guests, and I had a lot ofun learning Bahasa from them and being greeted by friendly smiles. Excellent stay, and I will.be back for sure.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, room was great and having bath tub to soak in was wonderful. The little treats provided by the hotel were also greatly appreciated.
