Welcome to this luxurious and spacious Villa on Vista Royal! Space, privacy and luxury ensure that you can enjoy and relax optimally. Within walking distance of the Jan Thiel beach, in the popular residential area of ​​Vista Royal.

The villa is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You can enjoy a BBQ outside on the porch. All the bedrooms have airconditioning, the living room has shutters where a pleasant breeze blows through. IN the pool are sunbeds and a toddler / baby area. Around the pool you have a huge terrace with palapa and a refreshing outdoor shower! Multiple lounge and seating areas ensure that you can relax everywhere with a sea view.

You stay at about 500 meters walking distance from the trendy Jan Thiel beach, the beautiful beach clubs and spa such as Papagayo, very good restaurants, a supermarket, fitness club, diving schools, boarding places for great trips such as to Klein Curacao by catamaran, etc.

A stone's throw away are the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel, and the water sports mecca Het Spanish Water. A beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiatics can indulge.

We have several excellent chefs who can take care of your diner, lunch or breakfast! And if you wish there is housemaid service available. A taxi driver can show you to the most beautiful places on the island.

The villa is very suitable for families and friends. The villa is not suitable for groups of young people; parties and loud music are not allowed. Baby cots are also provided.

Water- and electricity use
Water on Curaçao is a precious commodity. We therefore kindly ask our guests to use water sparingly during their stay. In addition, normal electricity use, 60 KWH per day is included. Use above this there is an upcharge of 0,70 cents per KWH. Normal use of the villa will be well within these limits, which means on average if you have the air conditioning on at night there will be no extra consumption. If they are also on during the day there will be extra consumption. We hope to avoid guests leave the airco's on with the doors open, which means a lot of unnecessary energy is lost.

Great Villa in Jan Thiel, super close to Jan Thiel beach with plenty of restaurants ( it costs to go to beach 3.50 each and also for chairs 5.00 each i believe), but well worth it. Everything is a short drive. Loved Mambo Beach as well. Villa was well equipped and management company very quick to respond to issues/needs. A couple of things i wish Villa had measuring cups/spoons for cooking and a larger TV in living room. I would rent this place again should i return to Curacao. Owner is also very responsive. Great time

We were 9 women staying at this beautiful Villa for a week. We loved the Villa itself, the location (in that the grocery store and Jan Thiel beach was just a short walk away) and the fact that there were many restaurants and bars at Jan Thiel beach as we didn’t rent a car. We used the 24-7 taxi service for going to Willemstad and the airport, and Taxi Lady for a day trip to other beaches, which were both great. The quick responses from the owner beforehand and the property management company Pink while we were there was wonderful. Would highly recommend this lovely villa!

We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. The pros are numerous from the great pool, lots of bedrooms and ample seating areas. Cons include a bit of a nosy neighbourhood (not the fault of the owners!), the kitchen is a bit smallish for a robust number of people staying and not all the ceiling fans worked. Each room could have a ceiling fan to lower hydro costs and the sitting area outside could also use a ceiling fan. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend staying here for sure!

Great house and location

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 10 had a fantastic stay at this villa! Plenty of beds/bedrooms for all to sleep in comfortably. Each room having its own full bathroom was a huge plus! Well stocked and super clean. The pool was a great way to start and end each day. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Check in with the property manager was a breeze and very helpful to learn how to operate appliances and ask questions. Loved the birds & iguanas hanging out around the house! We used Robin Housen for probated chef services - they were fantastic and the food was delicious. The villa is very close to Jan Thiel beaches, shops and restaurants. Breakfast at Kiki’s was very good. Also recommend both Soi 95 and Fort Nassau for dinner. We had great service and food at both locations.

Awesome Family Vacation

This villa was a great home base for our family trip to Curacao! The location was great—just a short walk to the Jan Thiel Beach area, which in addition to the beach, has several great restaurants and a grocery store (the grocery store is a bit pricier than others but the convenience made up for that).We had 2 cars. It was a tight fit to park 2 cars inside the gate, so we parked one inside the gate and the other outside on the sidewalk (yes, people park on the sidewalk, not the street) and that was not a problem.The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. The open doors to the patio allowed the wonderful island breeze to come through all day. Everyone absolutely loved the pool. The pool has a shallow area for young children and a ledge around one side which offered a place to sit or walk.The villa property company (PINK) was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.We’d definitely recommend this villa!

The house and pool were very nice. The Pink management company was very responsive, although the coffee pot broke and we did not receive a replacement for 2 days. We have rented houses all over the world and this was the first where someone actually had to check us in and out.

Family holiday celebration

The home was beautiful and the location was great with access to a beach and a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. Many activities took us to the other side of the island which is an hours drive. We utilized the bar-b-que on several occasions and enjoyed our meals outside. The management company communicated well. The only issue for our stay and one that won’t impact others soon is the construction next door which we were not informed when we booked or even a month before when the deposit was paid. The workers began at about 8:30 am and had saws and backhoes going most of the day. It made laying by the pool and relaxing difficult. Luckily we could go to the beach or our activities took us away from the house for a few hours. Luckily this is almost finished.

Wonderful stay in Jan Thiel

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa! We loved the fact that every room had its own bathroom and had everything we needed. The welcome gift was nice and the property management company was great and very responsive! We hired a private chef that the welcome documents mentioned (Rudy Culinair) which was wonderful for our group to not have to cook/clean every night. The owners were responsive and helpful leading up to our stay about any questions we had! Other reviews were correct about the lack of paper towel which was not a big deal, we just bought some at the store. We also did have construction every day while we were there which was loud, but obviously something that was out of control of the owners. They did seem to be close to finishing up right next door- so hopefully not a problem for future guests. Thank you for a great stay, we loved visiting the island!

60th at Villa Vidanova

The villa was as beautiful in person, if not more so, then it was on the website. We had private chef Brandon Colina make dinner on day of arrival. He, the food and his prices were AMAZING! Most of what we needed was in walking distance, and that allowed us to do things together As couples or individually. The nearby grocery store does not stock meats in quantities that would feed big groups. Despite that we were still able to get most of what we needed from them. We did have a few issues with some fuses, flipping off because of all the rain this week, but the “Pink” group which handles the property were always available and responded quickly.. We did have some neighbors that we never saw during the day, but they would become very active around 2 AM. I mentioned this to PINK and even though the people did not rent from them, it was handled. We did not hear anymore late night noise after that. There continues to be construction next door, as is mentioned on Vrbo. They usually did not start until after 8 AM and most of us were up by then. They Were very noisy at times The overall stay was absolutely wonderful and all of my friends said that they enjoyed it. We would definitely go back again if the opportunity arises . Mr. D’s insurance company is definitely the group to talk to about rentals or taxi transportation. Our one driver Hubert was on call for us Most of our trip. He was. always pleasant, kind, Accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Yvette & all associates.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We really enjoyed our time here! The house has a great layout and the upstairs pool deck is where we spent most of our time. It was heavenly! There are beautiful views from the deck, a great cross breeze upstairs, and the location is PERFECT! Everything is close! We loved Jan Thiel, the beaches near by and the amazing food. Anything that isn't walkable is a quick drive (for the most part). Pink, the property management group, was very quick to respond to our questions and very kind and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and immediately at home. It was hard to leave! I highly recommend this home! You'll love it!

Perfect for a Group

This property worked really well for our group of 6 adults and 2 teens. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was very well maintained and really lovely. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We had a couple of challenges on our visit but both the owners and the management company responded promptly. The only issue that wasn’t addressed, despite multiple attempts by the service company, was the TV/cable box didn’t work for the duration of our stay. Thankfully, we didn’t have much interest in tv viewing while we were there. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice if they provided a few more essentials such as a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and shower gel in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

House is great but need to work out some kinks

It's a beautiful home and can't beat the location. Short walk to the grocery store and also Jan Thiel beach. We loved the pool and patio and the neighborhood is super safe. Management company has to work out some kinks: they didn't bring a key when they came to check us in. Also, she didn't know how to work the appliances or show us how they worked. That's OK, but then when someone does come to show us why wouldn't anyone on the staff that didn't know also come so they could handle it next time? Also need to make sure the house is fully equipped. There was no wine opener or dish towels/oven mits. But overall a great property and would stay again.

Awesome house, pool, dining table, very nice rooms and bathrooms for 6 couples. The appliances were a bit confusing since in foreign language and didn't always work. Could use better instructions. Would come back, a lot to see and do !!

Beautiful Home / Great Location & Experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which was very convenient (walking distance) to the beach, beach restaurants, watersports and a supermarket. The management company was also very responsive when we had questions. For those thinking of visiting, it was definitely helpful to have a car as the beaches on other parts of the island are worth visiting (and there's parking for at least two cars at the house). Regarding the house, everything is well-equipped, but if coming from the U.S. check on electrical adapters if you have lots of people / phones and know that the bathrooms in each room (which are great) don't have doors separating the bathroom from the rest of the bedroom so requires some planning if people are sharing rooms. Also, there's focus on environmental matters so not a lot of paper towels or other paper goods around so, if that's something you need, worth picking up at the supermarket.

Girl’s Getaway 2023

Myself and five girlfriends rented this gorgeous villa in November. The space was fabulous as we each had our own bedroom and washroom, which is a hard find. The location is perfect as the grocery store and beach are a few minutes walk away. The villa, pool and gardens are spectacular. We hired a massage therapist to come to the villa for a self-care day under the straw cabana poolside. It was total bliss. Plenty of room to spread out, but also gather the ample dining space to enjoy wine and barbecue. We definitely plan to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning house!

This new luxury spacious villa on Jan Thiel is a beautiful property, brilliantly conceived; anywhere you find yourself - be it in the privacy of the bedrooms or the social areas -you will feel the comfort and easiness of being at home! This Villa perfectly combines great simplicity and functionality, it truly embodies the famous phrase that “less is more”! Needless to say that we really enjoyed our stay! One suggestion though, since we were caught during a period of an extremely heat wave, and most probable this will be a recurring phenomenon, it would be advisable to install AC in the second floor too. Review

This villa is modern and incredibly well equipped. The location is great and a 5min walk for the beach and excellently restaurants and bars . The neighbourhood is really safe . The outside pool area was brilliant with plenty of seating for dining and a lovely pool . We had an amazing time and couldn’t fault this villa it’s very really good for large families with all rooms having en suites bathrooms. On arrival it was great to have been provided with a welcome pack of some drinks, snacks and basic provisions which were incredibly welcome after a long journey! We have had many villa holidays for over 20 years and can safely say this villa was better than any we have stayed in Europe . Thank you for a great holiday we will definitely return !
