Arriver sur place avec des enfants et femme enceinte ils m'informe que j'avais pas de réservation alor que j'avais payé ya un mois ils ont réservé nos chambres a d'autres personnes jai voulu appeler la police la ils me proposent de me loger ailleurs c des menteurs escrocs leur chef m'avais dit que apres 23h quil avaient le droits de me refuser jusqu'à 2h du matin o t était obligée de dormir par terre hotel a éviter ils m'ont fait signe un document pour me rembourser le matin je trouve 25euro et perssone a qui parler les autorités sur place o t un comportement bien
