This home is conveniently nestled between the beach shore of Holland, Michigan (a 25-minute drive) and the bustling city of Grand Rapids (a 15-minute drive) also known as Beer City USA! The owner is not on-site, so enjoy the privacy and come and go as you please by using the keyless entry system.

A house is a perfect place to simply unwind after a long day of shopping, working, or visiting the exciting tourist towns nearby. Enter the home and immediately notice the brand new interior with thoughtful touches throughout. The entire home has all top-of-the-line appliances, decor, bedding, furniture, flooring, and paint. The laundry and kitchen are equipped with full-sized appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and anything you can need.
