Welcome to the Cozy Pelican Cottage of Jensen Beach! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is within walking distance to gorgeous views of the Indian River and Downtown Jensen Beach. Lounge poolside, enjoy swims in the freeform pool, walks on the beach, evenings downtown or in the comfort of this cozy cottage home. The spacious open floorplan offers areas to relax, gather together and make new memories.
The property is located in the relaxed, ocean and riverfront town of Jensen Beach, on the Treasure Coast of Florida, where shorelines boast miles of gorgeous beaches and natural sand dunes. Downtown Jensen Beach offers an array of cuisine with many restaurants to choose from. Weekly festival events bring live music, local artists and street vendors to Downtown. The property is only 1 mile from the Jensen Beach Bridge leading to world famous Hutchinson Island with over 20 miles to explore many stunning natural beaches. The area is a top destination for fishing, boating, sailing, paddling, swimming and beach walking.
Just a short drive away is Historic Downtown Stuart, offering boutique shopping, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the Riverwalk Boardwalk on the scenic St, Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found on the Riverwalk waterfront stage.
We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine & dryer at anytime throughout your stay.
