Country House 'Casaleja' with Lake Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The country house Casaleja, surrounded by trees and water, is a charming cottage located in the heart of nature. It is ideal for resting, teleworking, spiritual retreats or convalescence. This is a peaceful place to connect with the environment in tranquility, and it features an ecological chlorine-free pool, perfect for cooling off, which also allows rainwater to be collected to water the trees.



We are located in the rural area of Puente de la Guareña, in the countryside of Jerez. Only 5 minutes from the village of La Barca de la Florida, 14 minutes from Jerez de la Frontera, 35 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the airport. La Guareña is an ideal place for relaxation, as it is far from noise but close to emblematic places such as El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez, Cádiz, the White Villages, as well as services and activities like supermarkets, cinemas or theaters.

Facilities:



Casaleja offers step-free access. The house, approximately 90 m² indoors and 110 m² including the porch, has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with capacity for seven people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, beach towels, books and toys for children. Outside, the house has a private area with porch, garden, barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also an ecological pool shared with the owners, ideal for cooling off in summer, with water free of chemicals.



The property offers two outdoor parking spaces and two in the garage. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor are parties allowed inside or outside.
