No drinkable water no amenities

Front desk staff was so unfriendly and dispassionate that I never received a greeting the whole time. Body wash was out and never refilled. Asked for a small amount of dish soap and comb but was told they didn’t have any. I also asked for bottles waters that usually come with the stay as a complimentary service but they said all bottled water was an extra charge. They mentioned water fountain being available throughout the hotel but they were not maintained well and were either out of water or broken. The gym didn’t have drinkable water either. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because they were able to get me some toothpaste upon request.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I liked the fridge and coffee pot in each room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and didn’t seem to cool very well. It kept me awake it was so loud. Also both of the electric outlets on the lamps between the beds were broken and couldn’t be used. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Overall the property seemed to be showing its age.

The staff at check in and check out was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. however, i barely slept because everything was so noisy. the fridge ….. the neighbors appliances and bathroom. it was loud, like the walls were paper thin. …. not to mention the motorcycle crew running their engines and riding around the lot next to my window…. til almost 1am.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Location is good, providing easy access to Manhattan and close to American Dream mall. My only complaint is parking, which is located in a garage behind the hotel. The garage is currently undergoing construction, so it is not in a very good shape, with trash lying around.
