Noise & Parties
🔇 No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation without a refund.

🚫 No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. This includes loud music. Quiet hours is 9pm-8am .Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $2,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. (Violation of this rule will result in a $300fine per person per night)

Parking
🅿️ Home has no designated parking and you cannot block any driveway or garage access. However street parking is usually available on a first come first serve basis.

To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Home Sensor. This device monitors noise decibel levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected. This device does not record audio or video—it simply measures sound levels.

Safety & Energy Conservation
⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
🔥 Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use.
🌡️ Do not set the heater/cooling below 67°F and 80°F. This may damage the unit.

🚭 No smoking of any kind. A $3,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
📦 No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
📺 Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
🛋️ No moving or rearranging furniture. When in doubt please ask
🔒 Any locked closet/ cabinet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.

👥 No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation and a fine of $300 per extra guest
