Rooms are very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and very easy to get on the bus shuttle to take you to Times Square. They had the best breakfast I’ve had so far.

A little annoyed with this stay.

My stay at Harmony Suites is normally great. I only have 1 complaint. This new rule of “no one is allowed to take breakfast to their room” is ridiculous. What’s the difference if people have food from the outside or food from the dining room? It’s not cheap to stay here, to not be able to eat in the comfort of your own room that you paid for is ridiculous. This would definitely make me reconsider staying here moving forward. Management needs to reconsider this decision. Not everyone wants to stay in the dining area early in the morning when on vacation. If you want to impose these restrictions than maybe you guys should reconsider the price as well. I was very annoyed with this stay.

I spent three days there, and none of the cleaning ladies came by, or even replaced the basics like toilet paper. The great thing is that the twin room has a door separating them, and they are very comfortable.
