The hotel itself was clean and nicely maintained, and the location was very convenient for getting around. However, the experience wasn’t perfect. The staff could have been more welcoming, which may have been a cultural difference, but it did affect the overall atmosphere. The mattresses were extremely firm, making it difficult to get comfortable sleep, and the sink in our bathroom didn’t function properly. While the property had potential, these issues kept it from being a fully enjoyable stay.

The stay with my family was fantastic. We rented seven rooms, and everybody was pleased with their accommodations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast was good. I have no complaint. I will go back if I am in the area. I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel!

Very nice for the price. It was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great too. The building and rooms are a little dated but that doesn't take away from the hotel, still was clean and a nice place to stay. Close to the bus that takes you right into Manhattan. Will stay here again.

Great place. Have stayed here quite a bit over the years. Wish there was more variety of food at breakfast times, but you can’t complain.

This hotel is extremely run down. Had to change rooms, first one smelled like mold. Second room, smelled like vomit. Let me save you the headache, stay elsewhere. I was definitely fooled by the reviews, they cannot possibly be of this hotel. On a positive note, staff were great.
