It’s a great price and has a runner to the Met Life stadium. Staff was fantastic! Cool multicultural area.

We arrived and they have us a different room then we ordered. When I tell you the lady at the desk didn't care, she didn't care at all. I showed her my reservation on my phone and she said that that isn't what showed up on her system so there's nothing I could do.

Hotel was nice. Starbucks on site was great. Staff was nice until there was a problem. We didn’t have hot water for our stay. We addressed it with the staff multiple times who would not work to compensate or have it fixed.

Room was spacious. But when we arrived there weee no towels in the room. It was an old soap bar left in the shower. The water would not get hot. Also the remote batteries were dead. Asked the front desk who said he would send someone but never did. So no tv just one channel for our stay. Front desk guy at check was the only good part of this stay. Also no microwave or mini fridge.

There was no in room coffee. Although there was a coffee pot in the room. I inquired, I was told that the delivery did not come in which forced me to stand in a long Starbucks line every morning to get coffee when I planned to have coffee in my room as the advertising described. this is totally unacceptable. Also, the shower was not in good working order. the pressure was too low, water coming out of the top showerhead as well as the hand held showerhead shower. It was not a pleasant experience.
