This place was extremely ghetto. A lot of loud music in the parking lot. The concierge is named Ralph. At check-in was dismissive. I came a few minutes early he did want to check me in which was fine. But when it was time I was standing in line he saw me and took someone else who just walked in while I was waiting for him. I pay $173 per night for this kind of service. This is crazy. I would never use the hotel again .

I like how they offered free bottles of water upon check in. Love that there was a STARBUCKS located in the lobby. The restaurant in the lobby makes some of the best Quesadillas and awesome drinks!!! The room is spacious. I'd definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were welcoming but we were placed in room that had not been used in a while. No matter how high we adjusted the thermostat to warm the room, we were freezing night after night. A maintenance person did come to check the issue and said he would turn thw boiler on but never did. Breakfast was not available eventhough it was said there would be. Im sorry but Starbucks doesnt count as a solid source of food for a traveling family. Room service was not available either. For the price point per night, it wasnt worthe the stay.

Property was a great deal for the price and location was excellent. It was an older property and had that older smell that is hard to avoid. On property snack and dining options were limited, but the surrounding area and quick Manhattan access makes the stay worth it considering the price point.

Hotel was great overall. Staff was very friendly and easy going. The room was much more than I expected especially the bathroom. It was very a lot bigger compared to what was advertised on Expedia. The sheets did kind of have a weird scent and the walls are thin so you can sometimes hear the people next door. The hotel is also about a 13 mins drive to MetLife if you’re planning on staying. It is not walkable!

Very beautiful and quiet going to Metlife stadium was convenient just pay a small fee going and coming for a shuttle if they a spa it would of been amazing

Jordan and Gustavo were very helpful. I had two rooms one of the rooms smelled of cologne and the room next door the guest were extremely loud (they were being intimate). I had children with me therefore, needed another room. Gustavo gave me another room on a different floor, without any problems. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom did not have exhaust fans. Other than that, the hotel was very clean thank you.
