Daniella at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and rewards program! Room was very clean and spacious. My daughter loved the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and came free with our stay. Fitness center was small but clean and had working machines. Didn’t find fault with anything. We enjoyed our short time there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I’d have given five stars for cleanliness but there was a soda bottle and gummies in between the couch and the partition, that I wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t looking for my hair clip that fell. Not a whole lot of traffic around the area so it was really easy to navigate to and from the hotel.

Request for Compensation Regarding Issues During My Stay I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced the following issues during my stay: • Due to a double booking, we were unable to check in until around 9:00 PM. • The toilet in our room was clogged and could not be used during my stay. Because of the significant delay in check-in and the inability to use the toilet, I feel that the essential services expected from a hotel stay were not adequately provided. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider offering a refund or a partial reimbursement as compensation. Thank you for your time and attention.
