地理環境很棒，沙發也舒服，浴池很大可容納我們兩大一小；但睡眠方面被子很重，導致睡眠品質不太好，另外小閣樓樓梯很抖，中間有很大鏤空的地方，以有帶小朋友的我們來說會有很大安全疑慮，要隨時盯小朋友不可以爬那樓梯，。整體cp值不錯，之後去宜蘭還會考慮

房間很棒，住起來很舒適，外面也很熱鬧買東西很方便，但浴室的霉味有點太重，另外就是小朋友的溜滑梯太陡了，小小朋友不適合。

我的體驗非常不錯.但給三點小意見.希望生意興隆 房間請放一台空氣濾芯加除濕機.廁所地板排水性要加強.我發現排水能力不太好，房間部分可以適當的補油漆讓房間更具有活潑力！因為房間稍微潮濕導致油漆色澤變淺，我相信裝了除濕機更能讓你們不必為了油漆煩惱。 但我很推薦沒來過的旅客入住唷！因為小朋友進到房間居然說超高級欸！一直玩溜滑梯跟盪鞦韆 很開心。

中規中矩的住宿品質

看得出年紀的旅館，但是服務人員相當親切，早餐也不錯。需要說一下的是溫泉注水要等很久浴缸才會滿。 停車場有些位子比較難停要小心。 冷氣很夠力很舒服。

不錯的溫泉體驗！

旅館地點極佳，逛街吃飯十分方便！ 服務人員親切，房間當日免費升等，不錯。因於大廈中人多，電梯不太好等。房間整齊清潔，睡得十分舒適，但有些玩偶或沙發有些灰塵，可能也是清潔不易，若有小孩對灰塵容易過敏需注意。 浴室即可泡湯，也十分清潔舒適，浴室內的浴巾上漿很硬，味道也不太好聞，但不影響泡湯後的愉悅心情。 早餐還不錯，但有些油煙味，雖說用餐到10:00，但09:30左右很多東西都沒了，也沒有要補的意思，很可惜。

公寓式設計飯店

飯店位置比較遠，要注意check in櫃檯跟飯店不是同一個地方，複式的樓層很特別，有居家的感覺，浴池很大，而且有小露臺，公寓式的設計帶有空中花園，可以一覽礁溪的景致，飯店包早餐，早餐味道不錯，有西式早餐，亦有中式的家常小菜，整體不錯
