The property is very beautiful. Its right on the beach, with a beachside bar and grill, and the pool and other things overlook the water. its a great resort for a family or friends group with plenty of spaces to hang out, a great swim up bar, the beach bar, outdoor and indoor restaurants. the rooms are large and spacious and the resort feels complete with little need to even leave the hotel. The staff do need some upgrades though; it took us over an hour to check in, no information regarding the hotel was provided to us, no map, no guidance on how to move around this huge property. The staff seemed largely uninformed about restaurant and pool timings and we kept getting wrong information or no information, which was very annoying. we were there over NYE and even the "travel desk" lady had nothing to say, which is strange because she had a bunch of brochures on her desk. So i guess she was just unwilling to tell me anything. we found similar attitudes in the restaurant as well. Which is unfortunate, because it was a great hotel but the staff really brought it down.

Staff was overall ok,, apart from the evening staff at the female spa on the 20th Dec which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed, as I do not appreciate being followed around the area with unfriendly and bad manners. Food at the gardens restaurant was really poor, the quality of food was shocking. Property grounds are very beautiful. Checkin, breakfast and concierge staff were good
