I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze.

Fun weekend in João Pessoa

The hotel was small but cute. The location was great right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Given that the hotel was short the views aren't as good as taller hotels but being right on the beachfront has its perks. Just know when you're booking a room with a "beach view" it's not the best. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very tight, difficult for two people to use at the same time. Hot water was good. Although the room did have AC it didn't really work that well, more of a fan. I had to sleep with no sheets/covers. But my preference is cold nights, im sure other people are fine with that. Shouldn't take away from the overall experience. The pool was tiny but I guess appropriate for the size of the hotel. Nice views from the top of the building.

Desde o primeiro dia que cheguei no hotel tive problemas no meu quarto. Uma enorme falta de respeito por parte do hotel. Vim a trabalho para João Pessoa e só tive problemas durante minha hospedagem. Cheguei na madrugada de sábado para o domingo (31/10) às 3h da madrugada e tive que acordar às 6h do domingo pra uma reunião de trabalho na UFPB. Quando termino o banho o banheiro estava todo alagado! A descarga quebrada e foi um enorme transtorno pois tinha que me aprontar para ir para reunião. Chamei a manutenção que não resolveu no momento pois tinha que colocar silicone na área do box para não vazar e consertar a descarga. Tive que me aprontar com o banheiro todo alagado e sem poder utilizar a privada. Um absurdo. Em nenhum momento cogitaram em me colocar em outro quarto. Me deixaram neste que pra mim deve ser o pior do hotel. Ao chegar do trabalho a noite verifiquei que tinha ajeitado tudo no banheiro, porém minha TV não funcionava. Tive que chamar a manutenção e providenciou a troca de controle. Ou seja, mais uma perturbação! Porém um dia depois do acontecido, quando fui utilizar o banheiro, a privada quebrou e não tinha como dar descarga! Procurei a recepção à noite e me ignoraram que a descarga quebrou e somente no dia seguinte teriam como trocar a parte do vaso. E eu estava precisando utilizar o vaso e tinha que sair pra o congresso que estava participando. Adiantei meu voor meu voo para madrugada para sair desse hotel urgente. Não paguei e não fiquei bem nesse lugar!

Ótima experiência!

Localização excelente, em frente à praia! Só atravessar a rua. Equipe do hotel excelente. A comida e o atendimento do restaurante Mareia foram muito bons! O único ponto foi que os quartos que não são de frente para o mar são pequenos, mas de resto a experiência foi ótima!

Hotel péssimo

O hotel tem um quarto muito pequeno, e o banheiro é muito apertado, para não dizer minúsculo. O café da manhã muito simples, com uma variedade muito pequena. Se a pessoa for muito otimista, classifica o hotel, como um hotel de categoria econômica. Não vale a pena.

Bem mais ou menos.

Achei tudo bem mais ou menos, a infraestrutura do hotel é simples, o quarto é menor do que aparenta nas fotos, o colchão e travesseiros bem de baixa qualidade, o café da manhã bem simples, bem mais ou menos, no que diz respeito a pães e bolos pouquíssimas opções e nada fresco, tudo com textura de que tinha sido feito há dias. O ponto mais positivo é a localização, fora isso, vale a pena se o valor da diária estiver bem abaixo da média dos demais hotéis. De outra forma não vale ....

Acredito que os quartos precisam melhorar na quantidade de travesseiros, qualidade da roupa de cama e banho. Peca na iluminação, onde a luz natural é precária e diversas partes do quarto. Café da manhã bom, porém, com alto fluxo de hóspedes, não restam mesas disponíveis, com demora da equipe e providenciar a limpeza das mesas desocupadas.

A noite o elevador ficou fazendo zuada,como se tivesse disparando alguma coisa, isso causou um desconforto, porque meu quarto ficou quase de frente. O café da manhã é excelente, e as pessoas que trabalham lá também. A piscina não estava limpa, e no frigobar não tem nenhuma bebida alcoólica.
