There were eight of us in our group for a father-son golf at nearby Conklin and Endwell golf courses. The host was terrific with her communications and the house was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location for Binghamton University! Big bedrooms, big kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay


You’ll love the stunning, expansive kitchen and the inviting dining area, perfect for relaxation and gathering. The property also boasts two well-appointed shared bathrooms and a charming large front porch where you can unwind at your leisure.

Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi throughout the home. Within a quick 5-10 minute drive, you’ll find a variety of fantastic restaurants and taverns, including Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully's, and the Pour House, all favorites of mine.

For leisurely activities, a beautiful golf course is just 10 minutes away, and the exciting Tioga Downs Casino is only a short 25-minute drive. You'll also have easy access to vibrant neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, Endicott, and Vestal, making this central location a perfect hub. Plus, Syracuse is just about a 60-minute drive. This home is conveniently located only one turn away from Route 17 access.

Free, safe parking. 1 spot on site that is first come first serve-Shared with the adjoining apartment. Other vehicles must park on Willow St. around the corner. Bus stop outside at the front of the building. Driveway is first come first serve and is shared with upper apartment.

Myself and my staff have access to the home. I follow my guest's lead and am available if needed.
