Entering the property through the sliding electric gate, the first thing you will see is the incredible pool and sundeck, surrounded by Caribbean fauna and mountain views. The large salt water pool has a variety of lounge options on its borders, including sun loungers, a four-poster day bed, a three-seater swing, and a couple of submerged pool loungers too. There is also an outdoor shower, outside bar, a gas BBQ, gazebo-covered dining table, and outside lounge area.



As you enter the property through the glass sliding doors, your eyes will be immediately drawn to the contemporary feature wall in the open-plan living room and kitchen. As well as the immediate wow factor, you will notice that this statement wall also perfectly captures the design theme of the entire villa, where simplicity and decadence combine to bring you barefoot elegance. There is a variety of furniture made from natural wood, fauna-inspired motifs on the walls and tiles, and gold fixtures and fittings throughout the property. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the property.



The living room features a traditional Caribbean-style vaulted 12ft ceiling. There is a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and two three-seater sofas. There is a natural wood glass sideboard, coffee table, and six-seater dining table, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.



The kitchen is light and bright with a beautiful stone countertop and marble backsplash. It has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a gas hob and oven which includes an air fryer cook option, built-in microwave, double fridge, Ninja coffee machine, cappuccino maker, toaster and kettle, plus a double sink, dishwasher, and countertop air fryer.



The four large bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms each have their very own style, while still staying on theme. Bedroom one has a black leather-style queen bed with modern bedside tables, lamps, a built-in wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. Bedroom two has a white leather-style queen bed, bedside tables with modern lighting, built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus a desk, chair, and full-length mirror. Bedroom number three is very spacious, with two twin beds, a double built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and feature chair.



The primary suite features its very own bold statement wall. It also has double built-in wardrobes with ventilation, a chest of drawers, and a mirror. The marble-style en-suite bathroom with gold accents has the same matte black fixtures and fittings and large rainfall shower as the others. And a design choice we particularly love is that as well as the king-size bed, there is also a seating area from which you can watch your flat-screen 55-inch TV. The owners have spared no expense getting this luxury holiday rental ready for its discerning guests, and Villa Coby is now ready for you to enjoy. We think you will love it as much as we do.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, or guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rents.
