Our tv was broken so we had to move rooms. When I inquired about not having a mini fridge she said I had to pay extra. Charges me to upgrade to a room w a fridge even though we had to move rooms. Obvious water damage in both units bathrooms. Smelled awful like musty mold. Beds are old and hard. WORST BREAKFAST OF MY LIFE!!! None of us could stomach eating it. We will never stay at another sleep inn.

The Staff were outstanding. The room was clean. It is close to I-44, and if freeway noise doesn't bother you then this is your hotel. It is close to all the conveniences one expects in a city. There is a police car at the entrance as this is a truck stop. So extremely safe.

TV didn’t work due to remote not being programmed, no fridge to keep food cold, and hair in shower and on the bathroom floor. Front desk clerk was nice though (why I gave two stars).

Staff working on January 17th was very rude. We were told one thing and she said no, ypu cannot. Asked for more towels for pool, she brought 3 and said that's all you get and there was 5 people at pool.

This is a wonderful budget property in perfect condition. The rooms, while small, are very well appointed. Linens appear new. Very clean. Big selection of food for breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Great experience.
