The incredible fully-fenced backyard is backed up to a mountain of boulders with a private in-ground pool, spa, fire pit, hammocks and a pickleball court. The perfect relaxation for your group of friends of family members with a spacious 5-bedroom interior with plenty of areas inside and out for lounging. The Space:

The house is on a private lot however because of the mountain range, sound does travel and can become disruptive to neighbors. This space is meant to be peaceful and relaxing for our guests. We do not allow any music outside and ask our guests to refrain from speaking loudly or using foul language.



- Only two dogs are allowed at $100 per pet. Please message the host if you plan to bring your pets.

- Please note that the outdoor 4 bean bag chairs have been replaced to 4 chaise loungers



IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and POOL

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.



● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted.

● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa.

● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area.

● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area.

● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents.

● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool.

● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool.

● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area.

● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface.

● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited.

● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.

● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.



POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa and pool area.

The main unit of the house has a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are three additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal or enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig! You can cozy up in the living room by siting by the fire and enjoying a movie or playing games and making memories with your loved ones. The detached ADU has a Murphy bed, full bathroom with a shower, a shuffle board and foosball table, and is the perfect place to practice yoga. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views Joshua tree has to offer in our backyard that is equipped with hammocks, a spa, fire pit, corn hole, BBQ , and comfortable lounging accommodations.



Guest Access:

Please make yourself at home!! Parking is not a problem, you can park in front or to the side of the house on the dirt lot.

Supply Closet is not accessible for guests

Outdoor Surveillance: There's one outdoor camera facing the driveway



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



◦ Pool heating:

If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.



Pool heating fee: $350 for the first day and $250 for the following days.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
