With an in ground swimming pool being on the premises--our biggest, first and foremost concern would be safety. Traveling with children and interested in booking our guest home--additional information will be required before locking in your reservation. Renters agree to take full responsibility for themselves and their guests while staying at the property and will hold owners harmless for any damages to personal property or any personal injuries while at the property.
The home is supplied with bed linens, bath and pool towels, plenty of cooking accessories, a full size clothes washer and dryer--iron and ironing board. As well as beach chairs, lounges and beach umbrella.
Stocked with hand soap, dish soap, Napkins, paper towels and toilet paper to get you started for your visit. Plus if you love to cook.... there are plenty of cooking spices.
Our guest house has WiFi, High definition cable TV and Roku. Plus our previous guests have streamed in a movie using their Amazon Prime Account on the Smart TV in the living room. If you stream during your visit please make sure to log out of your account.
Pool too cold for you...we can change that in a flip of a switch--service fee will apply.
For safety reasons and to prevent any damages: Guests are kindly requested "NOT" to move the fence around the pool and/or any furniture in the house. An additional fee will be charged if this occurs.
If you are not familiar with using the Kitchen garbage disposal, please refrain from using it--or inquire on how to use it. If it is broken during your stay, you will be required to pay for a new one to be installed.
