The host didn’t gave us apartment key

We didn’t stay there, because host didn’t left us key, she didn’t answer the phone and messages! we arrived there and we tryed to get in to but are stuff apartment

We waited outside the apartment for an hour but never got inside. TERRIBLE experience, DO NOT RESERVE THIS!
