Fantastic stay! Exceeded expectations on all levels. Laura at the front desk went above and beyond and Charmaine the breakfast hostess was friendly and kind, clearly loves her job and people! It’s unusual to have such a great stay but this hotel knocked it out of the park!

When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was set up with the room on the third floor as soon as I reach the door the cleaning lady in the hallway says the room is not clean. It’s not ready. We asked if she was about to clean it she says no you have to go to the desk. I don’t have that room so we went back down to the front desk the young lady that checked, the sin was gone, there was a new lady there we overheard her explaining the amenities and other things to another customer which we were not told about so when it came to our turn, we explained to her what had happened. She quickly set us up with another room and explained all of the things we had no knowledge about upon entering the room it looked clean until I looked at the cover on the bed, which had a stain on it. I went down to housekeeping and asked for a new oneI went to the bathroom. There was hair in the sink. The tub was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I personally wiped down the toilet myself. I sprayed the sink out with the products I had purchased from Walmart and then I sprayed the shower, but I was too tired to . continue cleaning so I asked if someone could come and clean it for me so they sent the housekeeping manager, Mia to take care of it she cleaned it to my liking and she also knew that I was headed to a funeral and when I came back, there was a note in the room on the counter that said I’m sorry for your loss Mia the next morning I thanked her. I really appreciated that note and her assistance cleanin

Would definitely stay here again

The property and room were great. Clean, comfortable. The parking lot and roadway not so much. I know there had been weather, but some areas could have been cleaner/salted, so there was less chance of slipping (which happened to me). Otherwise, the rest has no complaints.

The front desk staff were very nice but busy dealing with electrical issues in the hotel. The internet and cable were down as well. After a very stressful night with rowdy people in the halls and the power flickering,in the morning we were exhausted. The front desk attendant was nice enough to open pool early so the kids could go for a swim since they couldn’t watch tv. It was a okay stay despite all the issues. Would like to mention that the breakfast room attendant was on point! The breakfast was hot and delicious

The hotel was nice but the only reason we came was to swim and the pool was freezing and both times we we went they ran out of towels before we got out and had to walk dripping to the desk for more
