The studio is an overlooking Mid Pac country club, and has 180* views of the Ko'olau mountains and also the popular Pill Box hike peak which has views of the coast line. From the studio you may feel like you are in a birds nest , since there are birds singing ,and the Tradewinds bring the breeze and fragrances of Hawaii. The studio is an 8-10 minute walk from 2 mile long Kailua Beach, and just a few minutes further to world famous Lanikai beach, rated one of the 10 best beaches. The studio is private, shares no walls with the owners, and has a separate entrance and outside private yard area separate from the owner's use area. In the studio, there is a queen bed and also a futon that folds open for extra guest. One wall is windows with the stunning Mountain View. There is a galley kitchen, a large walk in closet and bathroom with shower, tub and double sinks. There is access to deck and which has chairs and table, and hammocks are available. Bbq and laundry facilities are in and near the garage which is downstairs from the studio.
Kailua beach is renowned for kite surfing, kayaking and SUP rentals, snorkeling, surfing and hiking. Ideal for remote working or a complete get away ! The neighborhood is safe and mainly occupied by residents who are professionals as well as having a definite beach and outdoor adventure vibe with all that is accessible in scenic Hawaii. There are miles of beaches within walking distance, as well as hikes with panoramic views within minutes of the studio. Kailua town with all its conveniences and restaurants is a 5 minute drive, and also ideal for walking or bike riding. The cultural, historic, and entertainment is available in Honolulu, just a 35 minute drive from Kailua. Come visit the big surf at the north shore within 11/2 hours drive, and the historic Pearl Harbor museum which is a 45 minute drive.
