Kahalu'u Beach Park on paras paikka snorklata, surffata ja rentoutua hiekkarannalla. Ranta on kirjaimellisesti oikea kävely kadun toisella puolella. Nauti upeista merinäkymistä yksityisestä Lanai-maastasi, upeasta uima-altaasta, porealtaasta ja bbq-alueelta. Tämä huolellinen 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen yksikkö on sisustettu kauniisti saarilaisiin teemoihin, laadukkaisiin kalusteisiin, uusiin laitteisiin ja kaikkeen, mitä tarvitset, jotta Hawaii-lomakokemuksestasi tulisi poikkeuksellinen.

Tämä huoneisto on pohjakerroksessa, pääsee helposti pysäköintialueelta etuovelle. Täysi keittiö, hyvin varusteltu, joten voit kokata ateriasi kotona ja syödä lanailla nauttien näkymästä. This was an excellent property. Nice pool and hot tub. 1st floor overlooking the pool and the snorkle beach across the street. Full size kitchen with all necessities. Two full baths with linens. Air conditioning worked very good. Parking was easy and safe. We toured the entire island and had a great stay, Aug of 2025. Also had snorkle gear provided and I swam with underwater camera across the street and got hundreds of coral reef fish pics. On the last day I swam with multiple turtles and got cool underwater video.

Big Island Must Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kahaluu Beach Villas! The condo was very spacious, and full stocked with everything needed for a lengthy stay. Leilani was great to work with, she was responsive and helpful. And the location was outstanding. We have snorkeled at many location, including Maui earlier in the trip, as well as Captain Cook Monument, and the Kahaluu Beach was the best by far! Coral was amazing, with many fish and sea turtles. Also, short drive to Kona and location attractions. If we come back to the Big Island, I would stay here again!

Amazing Location. Amazing Condo. Amazing Island

This was a trip of a lifetime for me and my family. The condo was perfect. Well stocked. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. A boogie board. Some snorkeling stuff but we brought our own. It is the perfect location. Right across from an amazing snorkeling beach and surfing spot. 4 min drive to Magic Sands. 0.4 miles from a supermarket and drug store. Easy access into the more crowded side of town. Parking was easy. Really everything was perfect. We did a lot of things. Recommendations: the Pork Burrito at Shaka Tacos. Randy's Roadside BBQ. Night Swimming with the Mantarays. The Volcano National Park (we were so lucky as it was erupting when we were there). Just so much to see any do. Snorkeling is excellent at Mancini beach and by Captain Cook Monument. Just an amazing time!!! Black Sands Beach. Green Sands Beach. Hilo and all the waterfalls. Mauna Kea Summit Adventures (our guide was Kea. Excellent. I would ask for him). Thanks for sharing your place for a trip of a lifetime.

Great Hawaii Adventure

We enjoyed the location as usual because of the great snorkeling across the street and the proximity to Kona. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and our walks into the neighborhood.

Everything that we were looking for!

This property was great, and I would definitely stay there again. It had everything that we needed and more including umbrella, chairs and snorkeling equipment. The location was perfect as right across from a great snorkeling location. My daughter had surfing lessons 3 different times and could simply walk there as well. The condo provided a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The condo had all of the kitchen amenities that we needed. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great condo, but we did have a major disappointment...

Very beautiful & handy condo. The major disappointment was that the beach across the street was closed the whole time we were there, I think bc the coral was spawning. I would never have spent this much money per night if it weren't for the beach being right there. To be honest, I would have loved to have been offered some kind of discount. The only other issue was that there is an outdoor safety light on the outside wall to the right of the lanai that shines very brightly at night, which made it uncomfortable to relax out there. I believe it turned on even during sunset. All that said, it was handy, clean, comfortable. We had one of our young adult children with us, and could have had two, a nice space for a couple & two kids. All the available snorkeling equipment was nice, including noodles, chairs, and umbrellas. Especially since we had to do some driving to get to other snorkeling beaches.

Perfect!

Perfect location! Everything you need for a great stay. Walk across to one of the best snorkeling beaches or have lunch on the patio, can't get better than this! Short trip in to town and close to groceries. Comfortable bed, quiet condos, great pool, great grill, and all other amenities. Highly recommend!

Location and view in great unit

She provided every amenity imaginable. The unit is comfortable. I loved the bed in master bedroom - firm with cushioning and no motion. Convenient snorkeling across the street and also a half hour from two step. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot with lots of extras

We had a lovely family vacation here with us and our toddlers. I was surprised at how many extras the condo came with (i.e. boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach towels, DVD players and TVs in every room). The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the decor. My one critique is that the master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with how lumpy it was (and that's coming from a couple with 2 toddlers who are used to not getting sleep). Other than that we loved our stay!

Best room in the Area

You really can’t beat the location of the room from two angles: Near Kailua/Kona, but not IN it. Very short walk to beach, but not any beach - one of the few with hundreds of bright fishes close to shore. The room is lovely enough while being in an area with “regular” people rather than the posh and overly manicured feeling of many name hotels. Near the petroglyphs if you ask a local to point the way. Room itself is nearest to the pool of the two buildings and has a stunning view. Perhaps room above might have a better view but we liked being on the ground floor. The room had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we did. Clean, well appointed, good books about the area, great kitchen, comfortable bed and an extra bedroom and bath we didn’t need but appreciated. Good air flow, barely turned on A/C. We miss it already.

Nicely appointed Condo Great location!

Smaller complex,1st floor, very accessible. Great place for a family. You can walk across the street to one of the best surf and snorkel spots in Kona. It has a really nice fully equipped kitchen which I love because you don't have to eat out everyday. They have a big lani and a BBQ grill near the pool. Amazing view of pool and ocean.. Host is extremely peofessional and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

What a view!

Great view … and the view isn’t even the best part. Because it’s located a few miles south of downtown Kona, it’s much calmer and provides easy access to good snorkeling sites. As a 2 bed/2 bath it worked great for our family. We’ve stayed at 2 other places in Kona, and this by far the best. - And people write suggestions for things to do / places to eat in Leilani’s guest book.

Beautiful condo and view

The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The lanai was very nice and looks directly over the pool and to the Snorkel Beach across the street. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was being fixed and we were unable to use it. The owners graciously discounted our stay. We would recommend this condo to friends and family and would stay there again.

Very nice spot

Really loved the location, pool over looking the ocean, setup of the house, and amenities. Everything was perfect except the interruptions. A bit bummed out that we had three interruptions including a house cleaner, plumber, and then the complex kicked us out early on our last day to “spray the interior of the house”. What?! It’s hard to feel like you didn’t get to enjoy the full time you paid for. Next time these things need to be blocked off and handled on the owners time.

Super Clean, Thin Walls, Will Stay Again

We stayed at this condo unit for a month during the fall/Covid time. The photos are very accurate to the listing of the unit. The location right across from the Kahaluu snorkeling beach is a prime spot! Especially since many of the beaches were “closed” for sunbathing and gathering but the ocean was open- we just grabbed our snorkel gear and walked right across-jumped in and all set! The unit is probably one of the CLEANEST units we’ve ever been in. Whoever their cleaner is-KEEP them!! We also think during the covid shutdown time they must have carpeted the bedrooms; as the carpet was fresh, super soft and plush  Again since the social distancing we cooked inside a lot and there are plenty of dishes, pot/pans, extras like blender, rice cooker, etc. to do just that. Since there was hardly anyone else occupying the condo complex- we could walk right up to the (1) grill and not wait. As a matter of fact-out of the 22 units there were only 3 occupied while we were there for the month. The AC worked well and it’s a shame there are no screens for the 2 patio doors- we would have liked to keep them open, but there were mosquitos at night. Nice extras like beach towels, a boogie board, beach chairs (2) adults and a couple of kid chairs, and misc. snorkel gear. The wifi worked well and the keyless entry was a plus (don’t have to carry a key to the beach). But do note: it is ground floor but due to how the parking lot is slightly above the unit there are 11 stairs that need to be taken to get to the unit. The only downside- and there is nothing the owner/management company can do—the walls/ceilings are VERY thin and we could hear every sound in the morning: the people upstairs showering, using the toilet, opening dresser drawers and walking around—almost sounded like marching. So if you are a light sleeper-bring earplugs. But the bed is divine!! A king size with a nice mattress and double layer blinds in the bedroom assure and great night sleep. We would recommend this unit. We enjoyed our time here!!

Awesome property

We have stayed in many different condos in Kona. This is definitely one of the nicest. Standouts are the central AC which is often not needed with the cross breeze, but a rarity in most condos. Everything was new and clean and very tasteful. View was great, lanai felt more private than you would expect. Well Appointed. It is a ways out from downtown so don’t expect to walk to restaurants, but that made it a lot quieter. Rooms were quiet at night, often not the case for condos right on Alli. You will not be disappointed.
