Centrally located on a beautiful green three acre estate on the slopes of Hualalai (right above the historical Kailua Kona) this private, spacious studio is truly a gem. The entire property is fenced with access thru gate with an electric gate opener. Large yard and plenty of wildlife in this rural peaceful setting. This studio is truly a piece of paradise, feeling worlds away from the heat and humidity of downtown Kailua Kona but with the convenience of being only a ten to fifteen minute drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Every window and sliding door has blackout shades/ blinds for privacy. There is a separate Gas BBQ Grill, the separate Washer/Dryer for use by the two studio units. Making this property perfect for lots of privacy for an enjoyable get away for families, couples and friends. With nearly a constant year round temperature in the 70's during the day and a cool 60's during the evening with the sound of soothing crickets and coqui frogs in the distance it is the perfect elevation for a comfortable tropical setting. You will truly enjoy the walks through our neighborhood or if you wish to just relax and be greeted with the sounds of birds chirping while enjoying breezes from the cool trade winds, it's a natures lover's paradise. If it is peace you are looking for then this is the ideal location for you, whether taking an evening walk or BBQ outside while taking in the view, the studio offers a beautiful Hawaiian setting.

More About Our Studio:
Our Vacation Rental Studio is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio which sleeps 4. One California King Bed with a 3'' memory foam topper & One Queen Pull Out sofa Bed which we can have ready if requested.
The studio has a fully equipped Kitchenette, with all you need to create your own meals. microwave, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, single induction cook top, blender and toaster.
A dining/living room/bedroom all are located in an open concept room with large windows, overlooking the yard with panoramic views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.
The property is great for relaxing after a long day of excursions visiting the active volcano, deep sea fishing or swimming in the ocean.
The studio includes a desk & chair along with a bluetooth alarm clock of which you can plug your phone into the front. The Bathroom has duel shower heads and is very spacious and modern.
Outside there is a communal Washer & Dryer- Shared with one other Vacation Rental Studio. Laundry pods are supplied.
New Samsung smart 4k TV with Youtube Tv provided. Wifi is provided thru a Orbi Mesh system with internet speeds in the 400s MBPS.
Outside we have a BBQ, (Propane Gas), extra on hand if needed. The Lanai/Deck is great for relaxing outside while listening to the native birds chirping with the scent of tropical flowers in the air or at night admiring the bright Kona stars as you take in our tropical retreat.
Check out is at 11 AM and check in is at 4:00 PM, for Early check ins or late check out's- Please check with owner, times may be changed per availability/request.
