The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona.

We had an incredible stay! The home was beautiful, with spacious rooms, a great kitchen, and breathtaking views. The location was perfect for us, offering a peaceful setting while still being just a short drive to both the beach and Downtown Kona. The host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. He checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. Although the house does not have air conditioning, it was never an issue. Being higher up on the mountain provided cooler temperatures, and the fans in each room kept us comfortable, even during July. Overall, this was a fantastic value in a great location. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again. A big thank you to our host for making our trip so memorable!
