We loved this property. If you are looking for a place to stay near Kona I would absolutely stay here. The view from the front porch of the ocean is spectacular. I could have sat out there all day, listening to all the different kinds of birds and enjoying the view. It was beautiful and peaceful. Inside was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and bath towels and beach towels. Bottled water and coffee were also nice touches to have. Beds were comfortable and home was very spacious. There was also a nice sitting area out back. Home was very open so the breeze kept it very cool and comfortable. We were five minutes from downtown Kailua Kona and a very short drive to all other activities we wanted to do. The location was perfect for us. I would absolutely stay here again. Host was also very communicative and answered any questions that we had right away.

Host was responsive and kind, letting us stay later when our flights were cancelled due to the storm. The place was clean and lovely, centrally located and we utilitized the laundry and AC and fans. Enjoyed sitting outside while listening to the rain in the covered deck. It was a wonderful time!

Very accommodating and comfortable. We were of the understanding it was the whole house but it is just the one level. There are tenants underneath with no issue. Everything was provided including coffee on the counter. Air conditioned bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Host was fantastic and responsive. Would recommend. Oh, and the view from the lanai was amazing!

We were a bit surprised to arrive and find the doors wide open, but I guess they were just letting in some cooler air! The place was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! There were lots of amenities there if we had planned to go to the beach, but it was just a resting place for adventures around the island before we went on a cruise. The washer and dryer were nice to have, but the dryer was very loud!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the front porch lanai. The host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Frogs were loud at night especially after rain. The air conditioners in the rooms helped to drown that out. There are people staying in the house downstairs which we didn’t realize when we booked. They were quiet and didn’t bother us, but know you aren’t alone. Extra twin size pull out bed in the primary bedroom closet which was helpful. Overall it was a good location for us and plenty of space for our family of 4 to relax at night after days in the sun.
