RAKASTI MAAOLAINEN YKSIKKÖ

Rakastamme kaunista pohjakerroksen yksikköämme Kona Islellä. Astu ulos Lanailtä ihanaan tonttiin ja olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä lämmitetystä uima-altaasta ja ihanalta rannalta, jolla on BBQ-alue ja upea näköala. Rannalla on lepotuoleja ja -pöytiä, joissa voit istua ja rentoutua lukeessasi kirjaa tai nauttia upeista maisemista. Katso auringonlaskua joka ilta suosikkilasillasi samalla kun grillaat tuoretta kalaa ja nauti tämän kauniin saaren aloha-hengestä. Kiinteistön vieressä on suolaisen veden uima-allas nauttiaksesi. Kiinteistössä on kirjasto, josta voit saada kirjan laajasta valikoimasta luettavaksi rentoutuessasi.

Meillä on ollut "ooos and aaaas" ja "it is gorgeous" uusitussa huoneistossamme. Haluamme sinun rakastavan "poissa kotoa" niin paljon kuin me. Kylpyhuone on uudistettu kokonaan vuonna 2015, ja keittiö uudistettiin vuonna 2016. Sivustomme kuvissa näkyy huoneisto juuri sellaisena kuin se näyttää.

SYYSKUU 2019 Paluimme juuri huoneistoomme kuukauden kuluttua. Jotkut tekemistä asioista olivat hankkia pöytä ja tuolit lanaille, lakanat ja pyyhkeet, korostusmatot, kaksi rantatuolia, paistoastiat, kahvipannu ja korvasimme kaihtimet olohuoneesta. Meillä oli myös uusi lanai-ovi asennettu heinäkuussa. Muutamme, korvaamme ja lisäämme kohteita aina pitääksemme kutsumuksemme. Teimme tietysti syväpuhdistuksen ja kunnossapidon pitääksemme huoneisto näyttää hyvältä ja toimi kunnolla. Meillä on jo suunnitelmia asunnon muutoksiin, jotka tehdään toivottavasti tulevana vuonna.
TAMMIKUU 2018, olimme kuukaudessa Konassa ja teimme jälleen syväpuhdistusta, tarkistimme tavarat varmistaaksemme niiden olevan kunnossa, teimme pienen maalauksen ja tämän vuoden iso projektimme oli ostaa uusi pesukone / kuivausrumpu, oli sohvalla havaijilaisen painotuotteen kanssa, ja osti uusia mattoja vastaamaan. Joka kerta kun olemme täällä, päivitämme huoneistoamme hiukan enemmän.

Rakastamme Mikeä ja tätä paratiisin palaa, ja olemme varmoja siitä. Mahalo vierailustasi sivustollemme ja nauti vierailustasi!

Jones Family Vacation

Our unit was amazing and had everything we needed and more to make our stay welcoming! Everything was so clean on the property from the pool area to the bbq area… We also loved the local duck Howard. I’m leaving a 5 star because we truly enjoyed being there and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend staying at Elizabeth and James unit! We thank you James and Elizabeth for allowing us to stay in your home.My only complaint were the older resident's were not kind to small children (3 & 6 yr) being there.

Kona Isle is a great property to stay in, the grounds are beautiful the condo is very nice, has everything you need. The communication was great very easy check in, organized. The condo has many upgrades and you feel like your home. The other owners, guests are very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is very well stocked with various items needed and the owners respond promptly. However, the condo was just barely clean; the shower had sand and hair in it, the baseboards look like they’ve never been cleaned, the floors will turn your feet black, the light fixtures have layers of dust. It’s a great deal for the price but if you’re looking for clean, this isn’t your spot.

Great stay, excellent pool, sunsets.

Had all our "checklist" items except a dishwasher. Cozy condo on the ground level. Easy access to the community's pool. The beachfront has plenty of seating for sunning, shade for spending a quiet time reading, and grills which we utilized for our own 'restaurant' made meals. We recommend this rental. This condo is in an older complex (Kona Isle) but had a remodeled kitchen, bathroom and nice tile floors. Condo has AC and plenty of fans. We appreciated the hosts' quick responses when we had questions. John and Cheryl, Seattle

Cute Condo

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo but it was a great location to return to each night. Condo was exactly as described. It was only myself and another adult. The condo sleeps 4 people. I probably wouldn’t stay here with my kids as there are quiet hours and children are only allowed to play on specific areas of the property. I loved that there were lots of extras! Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas etc. Kitchen also had everything we needed. Betty and Mike take a lot of pride in their property and it shows. They were great about answering all our questions as they came up. Condo is close to restaurants/food trucks. Beaches are within mins depending on what kind you are looking for. Overall it was a really great experience and I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again myself!

Conveniently located and well equipped condo

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The place had everything you would need, plus extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. The best part of the complex is the ocean front bbq area with lounge chairs. The condo itself has some nice updates and the complex was pretty quiet.

Floors were filthy and sticky. Owners ask you to remove shoes, which I appreciate. After walking barefoot in apartment feet were black with dirt. Had to foot wash every night before going to bed or putting on shoes. Bathroom floor sticky, looks like cleaner only users swifter mop which makes floors sticky. Towels were the worst! View from sliding door/ lanai was the building across the lawn. If you walked out on grass area or one person sat in a far corner of the lanai closest to the grass, you could see the ocean. Nice people at complex, great BBQ and seating next to the ocean, quiet pool, good parking all a nice plus.

Nice ground floor condo just the right size for week long stay. Nice complex and the owners are friendly and very responsive. Will likely be back for another adventure next year.

Lovely ground floor condo

This is a great place to stay! The condo is decorated very tropical/Hawaiian and I love it. Everything you could want for cooking is there, dishes, sharp knives, lots of pots and pans. The bed is very comfortable, the shower very cool, all the added thoughtful, useful touches make it great. I did miss having a dishwasher, hadn’t noticed that in the listing. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was wonderful. I would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This was a great location and beautiful property. It was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood which was a huge plus and the neighbors were friendly. Very well stocked kitchen and everything you need is close by. Nice pool access and beach area with lounge chairs. I hope to be back and would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Betty and Mike have thought of everything and more. The condo was even better than advertised. Clean, easy to check in (even at midnight) and precise and accurate directions from the airport. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful views of the sea. On our last day several pods of spinner dolphins porpoised by the condo exhuberantly jumping clear of the water by two to three feet. Just amazing. All memories that will live with us for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Betty and Mike for sharing your beautiful condo.

Home away from home

Wonderful relaxing week!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was stacked with everything we could need and was extremely clean which is important to us. We watched the sunset almost every night from the beach area and even grilled steaks a few nights while we were there. We also liked the facts that there are no pets allowed in the association. The location was great for both Kona activities and places farther south.
