Uskomaton Oceanfront-kulmapaikka, josta on ylittämätön näkymä merelle ja auringonlaskuille. Nauti 700 'trooppisesta ulkona asumisesta L-muotoisella lanaiillasi. Aaltojen ääni saa sinut nukkumaan, koska olet vain 30 'mereltä.

Mukava trooppinen sisustus on esillä tässä 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy ~ 1200 neliömetrin huoneistossa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. This condo is beyond amazing. The lanai is the best part. We enjoyed sitting out everyday and listening to the ocean. I staked claim of the daybed. It was the first place I went upon waking. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The property was very quiet. Parking was plenty and rarely did we have to park at the front of the property. We did go in the off season. The only complaint I have about the place was the small curtain in the queen size room. The light from outside shines into the room. Once you fall asleep it doesn't matter but getting to sleep for me took a bit because of the light. Bring a sleep mask and it won't be a problem. If we ever make it back to the Big Island I will be booking again. I absolutely loved it.

Condo was exactly as described. Best deck ever! We saw dolphins! Free parking in the gated lot. Condo has everything for a comfortable stay - all clean, organized, well maintained. The property is also very clean, comfortable, well maintained. Loved swimming in the ocean side pool. Highly recommend!

First, let me just say that the online photos don’t even do justice to how beautiful this rental is. The lanai is everything! We had breakfast on it every morning and spent most of our time watching outriggers sail by and we even spotted a few dolphins! What an experience! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner’s communication was thorough and prompt. Would love to stay here again!

This unit is amazing! The wrap around deck and huge living room make it feel extremely spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and access to the complex and unit was smooth. The waves crashing could be heard all day and night and it was the best view for the sunset! We would absolutely rent this place again :)

Before you book…This corner unit, with its wrap-around lanai, offers truly stunning views—crashing waves, incredible sunsets, the works.However, the overall condition of the unit is in serious need of a complete renovation. A deep, thorough cleaning would help, but the issues go far beyond that. We noticed dry rot, chipped paint, sticky kitchen cabinets, dishes in the cupboards that hadn’t been fully washed, and floors that were dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot.A major concern was the moths—not just one or two, I killed at least fourty ( no exaggeration ), appearing in both the kitchen and bedrooms. Some even flew out of the kitchen cabinets. Moth larvae can damage clothing and other items, so this is definitely something to take seriously.The master bathroom vanity light bar was coated with fuzz and had bugs stuck to it, clearly untouched for years.When we contacted the local owners representative regarding a few of these issues, the response we received was, “Well, that’s the tropics.” Unfortunately, that’s not an acceptable explanation. At the very least, regular pest control is needed.Note: Property features say there is a hot tub - there is no hot tub on the property.All in all - we enjoyed our time on the Big Island and will return. We just wouldn’t book B238 unless major changes were made. Take care of your unit, give it some Love - it has so much potential!

The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

Quiet and Comfy with the best views!!!

We have just stayed at this place for the last 6 nights. This is the best room at this property as far as location goes. The views over the ocean are incredible and the sunset views each day are the best. The room is very quiet which leads to a relaxing stay. The room has everything needed for a great stay. The pools are nice and the location is central to the Kona coast. The room is comfortable but well worn. It was very clean on arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Thanks for having us.

Amazing best lanai experience.

Clean. Beautiful views and the best L shaped lanai where we had all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. Common yard had grills we used often. They blow conch shells at sunset every night. We were here for scuba diving but this place was our favorite place to be that wasnt under water. We'll definitely come back.

This condo is FANTASTIC!! You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room. The wrap around lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and the well-appointed rooms make this place a must stay. (And you can’t beat the location and having 2 pools on the property!!!) Don’t hesitate. We will be back!
