We had 3 roaches in our room and there was lots of dirt on the floor. We only had 1 big towel and the washclothes were so what ok one was very stained. We won't come back to stay because of this ....

It's the cheapest hotel but it's the crappiest hotel I've ever been to. There was no safety bowl on the door it was dirty there are no blankets on the beds.

I came to check in and the receptionist told me that there was no clean rooms that they didn't have any housekeepers so I canceled my order on Expedia and they neither Expedia nor stay well will give me my money back they stole my money.

The heater did not work. I went down and told the receptionist she told me that she was going to get the maintenance guy to come and look at it but and then if it didn't work she was going to switch me rooms no maintenance guy ever came down and she never switched this rooms we were in the cold all night.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and at 7pm when at front desk to check in we were told they only had rooms with 1 bed - I cannot sleep with my brother. Front desk clerk advised they only have 1 housekeeper and housekeeper did not clean enough rooms with 2 beds and they would not let us make up our own room. Had to make a reservation at another hotel. This is fraudulent and will have to seek recourse.

Spent all night killing cockroaches and listening to loud conversations/confrontations and bass from subwoofers outside. Put on second floor with disabilities but a broken elevator. And to cap it all, receiving threats and menacing looks from a former guest who is now an employee
