Kalgan Retreat, Pet Friendly Holiday Accommodation
This beautifully appointed near new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom chalet is set on a semi-rural property only 15 minutes from Albany CBD.
The chalet is spacious and comfortably sleeps a family of 5. With a modern fully equipped kitchen, including full sized fridge/freezer and everything you need to feed a hungry family.
Relax on the Alfresco which has a beautiful garden view, whilst you enjoy the serenity of country living. Complete with BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating where you can enjoy glimpses of the Stirling Ranges.
Only a short drive into Albany townsite or to the Porongurup's famous Castle Rock.
We are a pet friendly retreat, with plenty of room for your dog to run and play. There is a securely fenced area, with a large shelter to keep your dog happy. We do allow dogs inside the chalet, however please check our house rules before booking.
Take a short walk through the property past the horses and dwarf goats, and you will find the Kalgan River, where we have complimentary kayaks for your use. Great fun for the whole family. Please feel free to give the ponies a pat and feed them some carrots or apples. The goats are very friendly. They love cut up fruit or weet-bix!
If you would like to arrange a special one-on-one meet and greet with the ponies and goats, please ask us at time of booking.
