Self Check-In
Self check-in is available for convenience and privacy.

• Villas: 4:00 PM
Please do not arrive before check-in time. Cleaning teams require this time to prepare the property.
Unauthorized early arrival may result in a 10,000 THB charge.
Early Arrival and Luggage Options
Option 1 – Property Drop
• Luggage drop available from 12:00 PM
• Drop-off only
Guests must leave and return at check-in time.
Option 2 – Office Drop
• Luggage can be dropped at the office
• Delivered once the property is ready

Electricity and Deposits

Check-Out Requirements
Please send photos showing the property condition upon departure.

• Property is left tidy
Additional cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.
