There is no pool no hot tub and hasn’t been for a long time. There also was no laundry for 4 out of 5 days of our stay. What they call “breakfast” they put out very little and never restock, was alway there in the first hour of 2 and sometimes there wasn’t cream for coffee or butter for bread?!? Let alone juice or yogurt or coffee I had to ask for more coffee one morning. The room was old, dirty and used bad. The carpets were so old you couldn’t tell the pattern with cigarette burns. garbage behind TV. Holes in the wall and stain on them. No in room coffee or tea. Outside dirty, smells of cigarettes and marijuana. Never cleaned are room had to put /take out are own garbage and ask for more towels. Door security latch broken. Fire extinguishers no good. First two days there was an intermiy banging against the back wall not sure if pipes or other hotel construction all day and night that even with ear plugs woke us up. Pros- there is a kettle, microwave, and fridge, tv, cable, enough channels to find something to watch, beds were comfy (sheets were stained seemed clean) , rooms were warmed even though -20. Mini Shampoo, conditioners provided. Shower pressure not the worse. Free wifi seemed good. The staff was ok but didn’t really seem overly to care Overall when compared to the ones charging $2-5 more a night when I booked not worth it really need the laundry and had wanted to use the hot tub and the noise was ridiculous.
