Helpful staff, informative front desk clerk, really nice room, reasonable price for a family suite with kitchenette, complimentary drinks in the lobby. Warm ambience. Sauna and hot tub were great, but the pool was a bit cold. Should be heated more. Also the waterslides need more water coming down. Breakfast was delicious but very slow.

All in all the price vs. what you get even out. But a few notes, Parking is at a premium, there are not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms and there is very limited on street parking available. The bar is closed and the onsite restaurant is a Sushi restaurant, probably not one for the kids.

Another great stay. Been staying here now for longer stays in town. Its a great location, nice coffee in the lobby, hot tub and pool are nice. A bit busy when tournaments are happening but still a nice place

We had a great stay this past weekend. Staff are very kind, and the coffee machine at the entrance is a bonus. Pool is so much for for the family too. Comfortable beds too!

Good stay

It was a good stay. 100$ deposit they said it would take 3 days to return and it’s been over a week now. No biggie, but just so others are aware in case they expect it back right away. Watch for my reviews I’ll post how much deposit is and how long it takes to return.

We booked 2 jacuzzi suites to celebrate Valentine’s Day - and the jacuzzis we got were very dirty and covered in black and pink mold… they had clears still present we we checked in … sent a lady up to clean both rooms … we had to personally clean the tub again … if that’s how they train people to clean jacuzzis I would never recommend staying her. Also the cleaner lady smelt so bad she stunk up our whole room and we had to leave! The staff doenst make eye contact when they speak to you - they have no customer service skills … they offered me 1/2 off my next 2 jacuzzi rooms for the inconvenience- am I satisfied? No not really

brutal... When we checked in there was only one girl at check in and a whole tournament of hockey kids were checking in. I asked if I could get a room away from the teams, was completely dismissed and given a room right in the middle of the chaos.. They were running the halls and screaming at all hours of the morning and night. At every time I interacted with the girl at the front desk, she was rude and dismissive. It was a terrible stay, didn't sleep for two nights. Plus it is close to the highway and noisy. I would never stay here again.,
