There were some mixed reviews about this hotel, but I have to say overall I was really pleased. The room I was in was very clean and looked newly renovated. The parking can be a bit limited so the one night that I got in late I had to park on the street, and the breakfast room is quite small so more of a grab and go. Staff were super kind and helpful, bed was comfortable, and it’s a great view to be right on the river! I would gladly stay again!

Traveling from Vancouver to Calgary and back. Decided to stop in kamloops and the riverland was great. Nice clean room and a decent breakfast. Easy to navigate, on the river, close to downtown and more.

Nice property in development of more amenities. Nice rooms with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with hot and cold items and juices, coffee, tea and cocoa. Open parking lot.

This is a nice property with renovations. The beds were so comfortable the pillows were too! Good AC. The staff allowed us to check in early. Nice view from the blacony of the river. We had a wonderful sleep. Close to Royal Inland Hospital. It was quiet during our mid week stay. We did not use the pool or eat the complimentary breakfast so cannot comment. The bathroom was tub& shower and toilet with the sink and mirror in the mainroom. Great hair dryer :) Good price. I would return.

Great breakfast, room was clear and easy check in. The river view is great Only negative was the AC, after working fine for 10 minutes a terrible smell came from it. We had to turn off and the room got extremely hot during the night. I suggest checking the room AC asap.

Great location along the River for a two night stay. The rooms had some updates but there were many deficiencies too. Bbq not working tub spout falling off loose plugs. I would not stay here in winter there are better options but for summer it was ok
