The sofa bed was not very comfortable at all and really only sleeps one person not too because it is a trundle type bed system and the person on top is just sleeping on some cushions which we're not comfortable and no easy way to get on to the top part without stepping all over the bottom mattress. Rest of the hotel is nice and breakfast was excellent.

This was an emergency reservation. Booked the room then 15 minutes later we were driving up. The staff was very friendly and kind. If something was unavailable they gave plenty of other options, plus their recommendations on restaurants and activities was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night on a road trip/family vacation. Really nice property. Newly built. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Got a room w/two queen beds and there was a couch/trundle bed in the room too. Breakfast was really good. Work out room was well appointed w/a filtered water fountain. Went for a beautiful run up in the canyons behind the hotel. Great stay!

The Springhill Suites in Kanab was excellent! It was very clean, the room set up was great, and the breakfast was much better than your typical complimentary breakfast. We will stay here again when in Kanab.
