Large room by Japanese standards; great city view from 22nd floor; the Sky Lounge was very nice for a drink and margherita pizza. Happily at 8pm a pianist began who played soothing music Near train station and loop buses. Very helpful concierge. Luggage storage.

Nice hotel. Old World European traditional ambience. Although some wear is notable, overall comfort, service and style overweight the rest. Bathroom is updated and nicely appointed. We had a great stay at this hotel. It was just a few minute's walk from the train station, close to a multi-level mall and not too far from many of the major sites. The room was more spacious than expected and had a terrific view of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Also appreciated the clean shower/bath room. The water pressure and temperature was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Staff in the lobby were very friendly and helpful.
