We had a wonderful experience at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff was great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even held our luggage for us after check-out, which allowed us to explore Kanazawa freely as tourists without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was good, offering plenty of options with both Japanese and Western dishes. The food was fresh and nicely presented.

This hotel had the best vibe on our trip to Japan (4 hotels altogether) - the room was spacious, bathroom clean and big (they had the best hair dryer), staff super friendly and accommodating (free umbrellas) and location was perfect. Highly recommended!

Attention to detail is excellent. The room was equipped with everything- shoe warmer, washer/dryer combo, trouser press, yukata, slippers, and a very clean room. And the front desk clerks and staff were amazing! Would definitely stay at Tokustay Kanazawa again and book with other Tokustay hotels.

An impressively convenient location that is mere steps away from Oyama Shrine and through to Kanazawa castle and the beautiful Kenroku-en gardens. The staff were also incredibly polite and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

A well located hotel to see the charming neighbourhoods of Kanazawa. Easily walkable, and plenty of dining options close by. As seems to be a constant on our month long tour of Japan, we find the mattresses overly firm, and the pillows are peculiar.
