From the living area, there is an exit to a furnished terrace with an outdoor dining table, the swimming pool area and the garden. There are also three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of them are situated on the first floor and the third one is situated on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a small laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool (8 x 4 m). In the rental price is included the use of internet, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning.
