They stole my belonging from me and I booked another night. They are trying to say I stole a microwave when I approached a staff member about it to get a new one. There was a screaming baby and the police had to show up in the room next doo. It’s an American nightmare

Hard pass on this

They are trying to remodel and clean this place up but appears to be a verrrrry slow process. Place smells of smoke, carpets in room made you leave your shoes on. Room we had the walls were lined with dark wood paneling and it was very dark in there. At night it was really sketchy. Drinks waddling around and one night there was a huge fight in the parking lot. Not a place where you feel very safe or secure and I’ll add there was one lock on the door and over time it was ground down and really sketchy. Out something in front of door to feel safer. The cigarette smell is not pleasant and if you come and go after sunset be aware of vagrants outside! Nothing happened while we were there but I’d be afraid to leave a nice car in parking lots. Employees were great!!!!! Far too good to be at a location in this condition. I hope for them the renovations speed up and they have a nice place to be proud to work at

Easy check-in and check-out. The price was good and the location was good to drive to places around Kansas City. I bring my own toiletries but if you don’t you should bring shampoo because only soap given.

reasonably priced and reasonably clean

we are always working when we travel so we just need an affordable place to sleep - the area seemed safe and the hotel was clean and we really appreciate that nowadays. will stay here again next time we are in town.
