The hotel was incredible! Everyone was extremely friendly, and our room was spotless. The only complaint I have is that self-parking is $20, which I wasn't aware of before I arrived. Other than that, I highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City. When we arrived, Elizabeth checked us in. When she heard we were there in celebration of my birthday, she gave me a voucher for a free drink. She also upgraded me to a balcony. The other staff that I came into contact with were kind and courteous. It is evident that customer service is their number one priority. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had the right amount of linens. The amenities offered by the hotel are outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend the Landshark Bar and Grill.

Best Hotel and mini stay ever!!! We went on a mini cruise without ever going on a ship. First off the staff is amazing. Elizabeth, Tony, Deb and Nick took amazing care of us. My husband and I went away for our Anniversary and this was the PERFECT place to go. Friendly, hospitality, clean and comfortable. I was surprised by this gem. I truly can't say enough about the staff, they truly care. Plus it's quiet and super comfortable! Granted we were there in off season but it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was beautiful, but I didn’t feel like it was anything special. We went in January and on a week night so we got a good deal, but I wouldn’t have been impressed had I paid full price. We also had to pay $20 to park in the empty parking lot and I wasn’t aware of that beforehand. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, the menu was pretty limited though. The arcade was ok pretty expensive for what you can do. I did like the theme of the hotel it was very beautifully decorated.

Parking and access to facility is terrible. Room and hallway design created a wind tunnel noise in our room and we had to be relocated. Sink design means every sink pours water over counters. Restaurant messed up our food orders at both dinner and lunch. No access to food or vending after 11 p.m. Off season stay apparently means off season service level too.
