Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies. Whether you prefer to walk, take the bus, arrange a ride, or explore at your own pace with a rental car, transportation options are readily available. parking is also provided at our property for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Train and road noise are noticeable (fan, ear plugs, white noise machine available).



HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana inside the home, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Pets:

We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior host approval.

-If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us after booking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please note there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Pets must not be left unattended in the home or yard, and are not permitted on furniture. Additional pet fees apply.
