For groups of up to four guests, we offer the main apartment—more than enough space for comfort and style. You’ll have exclusive access to all outdoor courtyards, gardens, and terraces of the villa; the lower apartment remains closed and is never rented to others during your stay.
• Spacious 50 sqm living & dining room with vaulted ceiling and a cozy traditional attic (office or extra bedroom)
• Fully equipped separate kitchen on a slightly lower split level
• Two air-conditioned bedrooms and two private bathrooms
• Master bedroom with king-size stone-built bed, balcony, and sweeping mountain–sea views
• Second bedroom with two traditional iron beds and direct access to a peaceful yard

FOR 5+ guests, we open the charming lower-level apartment:
