Japan is a beautiful country!!!

All in all, it was a very good experience. My only recommendation is that the front end employees, aka, check-in desk should be trained more with basic English. It did prove quite difficult at times to communicate, especially over the phone.

Our room was small and tired. Public areas good. Breakfast was great. Useful free shuttles to the airport and the station and mall. Value for money but rooms not up to usual Crowne Plaza standard.

I had a brief stay at the hotel as I arrived late in the evening and left early morning the next day. The outstanding event was that my flight into Narita was delayed four hours, and my wife arrived in another flight earlier than me. The reservation was under my name, and I emailed the hotel asking my wife to check in and they answered immediately and positively. Kudos to Crown Plaza Narita!

Very clean. Very good value for the money. Spacious rooms for the Tokyo area. And the shuttle to the airport is very convenient. I fly out of Tokyo a lot so this is slowly but surely becoming my regular hotel stay
