Great hotel for a budget friendly stay in Shinjuku. The rooms are small which is normal for Japan. It is very close to Shinjuku-Sanchome, and Shinjuku-Gyoemae Metro stations making getting around Tokyo a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a high-end hotel so don’t expect gilded chandeliers and marble bathrooms but for a place to stay on a budget, it completely fits the bill.

Not bad. It's not trying to be a upscale hotel but just like a motel type of thing. Just for sleeping and showering. This hotel do not deliver luggage to airport.

When we were checking out we asked to leave our luggage for a couple hours, since check out was at 10:00. They said we could but they’d charge us 500 yen per bag! We had 3 smallish bags. I think that’s a little outrageous.

Very nice location near by two Metro stations I was staying 10 days they clean change towels every single day I was stayed Hotel atmosphere was very nice there is free gift comb and leather they provided to customers. I am highly recommended this Hotel .

Old hotel in need of a renovation. Strict check in policy. Small noisy rooms. Only good thing was the location. I recommend staying one night only

The hotel is old, with no modern fixtures or fittings, walls have stains on them, we didn't know you will be charged to leave your bags at reception. No Tea, Coffee, was provided. just a old stye hot water maker. Staff didn't greet you or gave you a smile during the day. Rooms were done each day
