We got a double twin room, and it was small. The place was nice and clean but it is probably a 2 star hotel and shows it. According to the notice we saw at the property, it has started the renovation. Hopefully they really update the property.

The building is dated, but service and breakfast are good. Easy walk to MRT station. Recommended for low budget travel.

This is a nice hotel and there is a starbucks less than a block away. Also, the subway less than a block away also. A 7/11 is right across the street. There is a washer/dryer avaliable.

Quite good overall. One room key was not conveient. Gym area would better be a room. Clothes washing & drying was user friendly & priced reasonably. Staff were very fridndly.

we got a triple room (3 single beds). It was cramp with no frills. The AC did not work properly. The room got quite warm in the afternoon. On the second day it started leaking water. They gave us another room. it was more spacious but also older. The free buffet breakfast lacked variety.

Not considering exceptional circumstance

Stayed a total of 5 nights, of which 4 nights were pre-booked at good rate. Due to ultra typhoon, we have to stay one more night as there was no transport for us to Kenting for which we have booked another hotel. Thong Mao Evergreen did not consider the exceptional circumstance at all, charge the additional night (which was booked more than 24 hours before) at 80% more than our rate for other nights. At this rate, the hotel is certainly not good value for money, and is expensive.

NO FREE SHUTTLE - But cheap cab and GREAT stay

I could have sworn that this place had a free shuttle, but it didn't. Instead we took a cab which ended up being like $7 USD. Unheard of. The room was great. The PERFECT stay. Toothbrushes, cheap slippers, and THREE beds = ultimate stay. Really enjoyed it. If you get stuck in KHH (and they let you in the country - seriously good luck) then stay here. Wonderful place with wonderful people. P.S - The airport hates whites on the way out but loves them on the way in.

Taiwan hotel, very convenient.

Great service. We were always supported even when we spoke English. Staff are friendly and assist where they can. Fantastic clean rooms and spacious for three.

the room is too small. Even I had booked a triple room, there is no room for open three lauggage at the same time.
