Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our family visited Kauai for a week to celebrate some special milestones, and we had an amazing time. Choosing to stay at Kauai Shores Hotel was one of the best decisions we made. Our oceanview room was perfect. It was comfortable, nicely renovated, and the daily housekeeping was a real treat. I loved returning each day to the beds made & fresh towels. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful too. I really appreciated the easy communication through texting. Another reason Kauai Shores is a great place to stay is since it is on the East side you can walk to the beach & watch the sunrise every morning, it was our favorite way to start the day. Then we would head out and explore the island, whether it was the North Shore, South Shore, West Side, Waimea Canyon, or just staying local, this Kauai Shores is centrally located and convenient for whatever island adventure you want to experience. Then when returning, while we did self-park a couple times, the valet parking was a big plus and made things easy. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace gave us lots of choices for food and shopping, and having the Lava Lava Beach Club right on the property was awesome too. It had a fun, family-friendly, vibe and the food was great. We especially loved the Lava Explosion dessert, it was so good! If you are looking for a place to stay in Kauai book a room at Kauai Shores Hotel, I know my family and I can’t wait to come back and make even more memories.

My reservation included pool View and upgrade if available. On check in I got a room overlooking the parking and was offered to pay $40 to upgrade to sea view. It was reduced to $20/day after showing my reservation. On one of the days our room wasn't done claiming that something was left on the bed which was not so. In general the cleaning was full they failed to clean the shower door or replace the bag for the Ice Cube. On the other hand for family this might be a nice hotel they have a nice laundry, parking is complementary and there is a good access to the sea and shopping mall.

Wonderful stay and decent size room. We could easily fit our pack n play and still had room. Great pool options and love being able to walk along the beach. Nice restaurant and found a plaza with food and shops within walking distance. Appreciated the water refill stations and the lobby staff was amazing at check in. Would stay again. Only thing is there are no elevators to get to the second floor just fyi.

We are 2nd time here. It is the best location, staff is super nice, You are next to the beach, it is in a great location and pool is always clean. They do know on how to take care of their customers.
